NATIONAL ORAL HEALTH RESEARCH CONFERENCE 2014, SWISS GARDEN HOTEL AND RESIDENCES, KUALA LUMPUR, 10-12 NOVEMBER 2014

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is the final announcement for the National Oral Health Research Conference 2014, with the theme ‘Synergizing Health Research for Oral Healthcare Delivery’. The conference shall be held on 10-12 November 2014 at the Swiss Garden Hotel and Residences, Kuala Lumpur and is jointly organized by the Oral Health Division, Ministry of Health, The Malaysian Association of Dental Public Health Specialists and the College of Dental Specialists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. This conference calls for the attention of the dental fraternity from both public and private sectors including the academia. Plenary and symposium speakers will deliver a diverse spectrum of health and oral health topics.

The conference aims to share and disseminate both health and oral health research findings and to also provide an opportunity for information exchange and networking. In addition, it will serve as a platform for discussion of oral health research issues of national interest and identification of spin-off oral health research projects.  

The conference shall be delivered as follows:

·           Plenary Sessions which addresses emerging issues that are gaining prominence

·           Symposiums highlights on research concerning the health of Malaysians

·           Oral and poster presentations in the field of dental public health and dental clinical research
