Effective from 1st August 2010, each applicant will be charged RM200.00 processing fee (non-refundable) for applicantion of approval letter for foreign T&CM practitioners.

 

Options of payment are as follow:-

  1. Cash
  2. Cheque (Payable to Pengarah Bahagian Perubatan Tradisional dan Komplementari)
  3. Postal Order
  4. Bank Draft
