Introduction
The Planning Division focuses on several crucial activities such as the formulation of the Health Sector Transformation Plan, improving the quality of health data, implementation of health informatics standards in Malaysia as well as planning, developing and evaluating the programmes or projects as planned in the Twelfth Malaysia Plan (12MP). The Planning Division consists of six (6) sections:
- Health Plan and Policy Planning (PDPK)
- National Health Financing (NHF)
- Malaysia National Health Accounts (MNHA)
- Health Informatics Centre (HIC)
- Health Facility Planning (PFK)

Laporan dan penerbitan KKM boleh diakses melalui portal KKM (Menu: Penerbitan > Penerbitan Utama KKM) atau portal MyHDW (Menu: Publications > public_publications).
Muat turun (Klik sini) prosedur pembentangan Mesyuarat JDPKK
- Hantar permohonan data secara bertulis (surat, memo atau e-mel) kepada Seksyen Pusat Informatik Kesihatan, Bahagian Perancangan dengan menyatakan tujuan permohonan.
- Bagi data MNHA, permohonan boleh dibuat melalui e-mel

Tiada sebarang caj dikenakan bagi permohonan data.
Pengguna boleh memohon akses MyHDW melalui borang muat turun atau pendaftaran atas talian di portal MyHDW melalui fungsi user registration.
Permohonan dikemukakan melalui JKN menggunakan borang KKA/2008 sebelum dihantar ke Seksyen Pusat Informatik Kesihatan, Bahagian Perancangan untuk tindakan lanjut.
MBoR disediakan oleh Seksyen Perancangan Fasiliti Kesihatan selepas notifikasi diterima, disemak dan disahkan di peringkat Seksyen dan Bahagian Perancangan, sebelum dikemukakan kepada Bahagian Pembangunan.
