Policy and International Relations Division
Introduction
The Policy and International Relations Division (BDHA) consists of three (3) branches, namely the Policy & Strategic Planning Branch, the Cabinet & Secretariat Branch, and the International Branch.
This section is responsible for managing the following matters:
- Formulation and implementation of current public health policies.
- As the focal point in international relations and the development of the health industry.
- Coordination of international trade issues.
- Ensuring Malaysia's health-related interests are voiced and protected diplomatically through international legal instrument mechanisms.
- Coordination of Cabinet Papers related to the Ministry of Health.
- Coordination of Parliamentary Questions and parliamentary-related matters.
- Secretariat of the KKM High-Level Meetings, including the KKM Post-Cabinet Meeting.
