To improve the oral health status of Malaysians through collaboration with stakeholders of public and private sectors in promoting oral healthcare, clinical prevention, treatment and rehabilitation with emphasis on identified priority groups, including marginalised and vulnerable populations in such a way that the oral health status of the people will continually be in conformity with the socio-economic progress of the country.
This Charter reiterates the commitment of all Healthcare Workers (HCW) at Oral Health Programme, Ministry of Health (OHP, MOH):
We are committed to ensure that our CLIENTS are:
Served efficiently and in a friendly manner;
Updated with relevant information on services provided;
Attended to within 15 minutes of appointment time.
You, our CLIENTS are responsible for and expected to:
Provide all necessary documents for the required procedures;
Keep up with your appointments and inform us at OHP if you are unable to do so;
Use all amenities provided in a responsible manner;
Cooperate in providing detailed and accurate information on issues raised.

Bringing your ID is sufficient. Also do bring any supporting documents and referral letters (if any).
