The hospital authorities would like to extend our sincerest sympathies to the family of the Mr Ng Teik Keat for the loss of their father.

We have investigated the complain put forward by the family and would like to apologize for the delay in informing the family the death of the parent.  There was indeed a breakdown in the line of communication and the usual protocol which is practiced was not followed by the staff of the ward.

We have taken remedies to ensure this never and the staffs involved have been reprimanded.  The hospital authorities will get in touch with the family to explain the matter.
